At Thirteen Supply Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
